COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
At Nurse Billie Aesthetics, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, we want to hear from you so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
How to Make a Complaint
All complaints should be submitted in writing via email to nursebillieaesthetics@yahoo.com
Please include:
• Your full name and contact details
• The date of your treatment/appointment
• The practitioner you saw (if applicable)
• A clear description of your complaint, including any supporting information
What Happens Next
1. Acknowledgement – We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days of receipt.
2. Investigation – Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated by the clinic lead (or an appointed senior staff member).
3. Response – You will receive a written response within 20 working days. If more time is required to investigate, we will keep you updated and provide a revised timescale.
4. Outcome – We will explain our findings and any actions we propose to take.
